Little Bird Big Parrot Toys
Sometimes bird owners find that their pets taste for parrot toys can be a little annoying. Have you ever had a bird or parrot that liked everything opposite of what you buy her? I have this problem with a Lorikeet. He only prefers large and over sized items to play with. In fact he would be happy with a large Boredom Buster.
I have a Lorikeet who seems to dislike most toys that are larger sized. He is much happier when I give him a Jumbo parrot toys to play with. Normally it is not recommended to purchase toys that are not properly sized for a pet bird, but sometime we have to get what a picky bird prefers. The fact is I have never met a bird that didn’t have a unique personality and have it’s own preferences for the things it likes. Aside from larger toys my bird has a thing for shiny objects like silverware. I have been known to sacrifice a spoon or too just for my bird to play with.
